For over thirty years, President Terrance Lee Dzvonick, or "Dez" for short, has built a solid reputation as a trusted real estate professional. He is a former Police Officer employed by the City of Garden Grove, California.  Mr. Dzvonick was injured in the line of duty causing him to become medically retired. He is the city of Garden Groves first recipient of the Medal of Courage awarded to him by President Ronald Reagan. 

Mr. Dzvonick is also a licensed Real Estate Broker,  a Loan Officer, licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate since 1974.  This amounts to almost forty years of experience in the Real Estate industry. His company, Ten Four Real Estate,  has amassed a small fortune and he would like to help other officers become successful entrepreneurs. He is also approved by the State of California to teach or lecture at any accredited college. and is also approved by the State of California to teach or lecture at any accredited college. Since 1974, Mr. Dzvonick’s professional affiliations include, but are not limited to, the Inland Valley California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
